Jonah Jones – watercolour, 1963
In the late 1950s and 1960s Jonah Jones produced few watercolours, although he sketched occasionally, as when he visited Rome in 1959 and Florence in 1961. And sometimes he drew images while walking in the mountains of Eryri. Powerful and vigorous, the striking Summit of Tryfan Under Snow is an example of Jonah’s landscape painting at its best.
Unmounted A3 (29.70 cms x 42.00 cms) Giclée print on 100% cotton archival-quality paper using genuine Epson UltraChrome ink.
